This is the wing place to go to if you are on the East side. Savory wings and good prices. The place is a little cramped so take that order home and enjoy them wings.
The wings here are amazing! The sauce is spot on delicious! Probably my favorite wing place now. So delicious!
After waiting two hours for an order that was $48.00 I called to check on our order to be told that we had no food coming. She then said that the order had been put in for pick up so I said I would drive to get it to be told they hadn't made the food and it would be yet ANOTHER hour. I have bought large orders at least twice a week since you opened here.
Food here is amazing. The customer service is not. We have ordered from this place quite a few times and every time have experienced terrible customer service. The girls at the front counter are extremely rude. It is obvious they have no interest in their job. Last time I was there I had to wait for the girls at the front counter to finish their 5 min conversation before I was helped. They charged me for food that I didn't want then when the driver got here I told him the problem and told me to call the store and complain and sped off like a fool I call 5 minutes before the time they close to discuss my complaint and they are closed. Thanks wings over for the empty stomach!
I have been ordering wings from this establishment for the past ten years. The few problems I ever had were minor and forgotten (no sauce, no celery (back when we didnt have to request or buy it) or a few wings missing from the order). The other night however, I was ordering for two friends of mine (who were reluctant). I know that WOG do not offer the celery any more unless requested, so I included it in an order with the wings. I ordered $40 worth or ribs and wings for my friends and myself. I called back about 1 minute after i hung up the phone, obviously before they were even cooked, to ask if I could get half of the 25 wings seasoned differently. I went to go pick up my order and asked them for change so that I could tip them for the hassle and the entire place went eerily quiet.
