I went here to get my fingerprints done, but I needed the cards to take with me to mail. Originally, the guy at the front desk had me check in for digital prints, the girl did my prints and I left. I was confused because in my emails it said that I would get 2 cards to take with me, and that it would be $65. I paid $40 when I scheduled the appointment, figured it was some fee for the website I used because everything costs money. Horrible service. As soon as I used them for my first pick up I knew something was going to happen. Today was the day. Late picking me up for my appointment with my Ostomy Surgeon that is only in the office the first and second Monday of the month cause he has surgeries and I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT! No sympathy or phone call telling me that they would be late. Then talked to someone in the office and they said that it's not there fault. Well who's fault is it? God's fault?
