Horrible service. As soon as I used them for my first pick up I knew something was going to happen. Today was the day. Late picking me up for my appointment with my Ostomy Surgeon that is only in the office the first and second Monday of the month cause he has surgeries and I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT! No sympathy or phone call telling me that they would be late. Then talked to someone in the office and they said that it's not there fault. Well who's fault is it? God's fault?
