Very bad customer service Heather told me my call should have went to voice mail. She would have rather not help me then to provide customer service. If I was to rate WINGS FINANCIAL TODAY THEY WOULD GET F+. Must do better. Sincerely Customer service
I despise this place, 40 years of banking and this company is by far the bottom of the banking barrel... horrible customer service, you ask a general question and they treat and talk you like your beyond stupid... i have called for 24 hours to help me with my loans I have been on hold for 38 minutes at 3rd in line! I had to hang up for work.. I called back again a few hours later and that was 34 minutes and again had to hang up... i can't sit on hold for days, i call in-between work jobs, i have been treated like they don't ... read more
