Trying to get a car loan. Odd thing was they wanted to set rate after setting up loan with car company. Just a blank going rate. Why go to credit union for blank rate. My home bank had a rate within 15 minutes.???

I have always had automatic payment in full on my credit card. My credit card was renewed just found out they did not take the payment out and reported it to the credit union immediately and my credit went down significantly.
