I have been a member since 2013 and I have never once had a bad experience. Today (1/26/26) I went into the shingle creek branch to sort out issues with my acct and replace my debit card. Kaci Ness was the associate who helped me and I cannot sing her praises enough! She helped with everything I needed and was an absolute delight, Kaci made my experience so quick and easy and I am very thankful for her help. I went into this branch to talk to them about money that had been taken out of one of my children's accounts I had four accounts with wings all with the same address but for some reason Wings kept flagging and taking money out of one of my childrens account so I informed the associate and she informed her senior banker Jenny and Jenny the senior banker told the association to tell me that it's not wings fault that it was my fault and that they weren't going to return my money so I ended up closing out my accounts and I've le... read more
Great experience today working with Phanta at this branch! I was with a client who was applying for a first credit card. Phanta was experienced, professional, clear, kind, and helpful. She represented Wings extremely well. TY!
Be careful when you get a new credit card. They just sent me a new one. And did not keep the monthly automatic payments going. They sent it to the credit union immediately. Now my credit score is significantly damaged. Terrible customer service.
