Horrible service
I dislike that the teller is just a machine and video call. I respect the remote workers as sometimes coming to Downtown can either be intimidating or hard during times when we had Covid. However, to my experience, the phone call would delay or freeze, and it would be very frustrating. I work close by in a small business and always have to come to the bank to get change. Your automated phone system sucks! I shared that with the customer service agent that I was finally able to get on the phone. Please trash that system and start over.
