Want to get my interest rate changed from the 1.5% I was getting in 2018 when I open the account. They told me they could get me a better rate BUT Only if I brought in $10,000 of new money in!!! WHAT!!! So I went right to Fidelity and transfered $200,000 Right Out of there!!! I Will be closing the rest out soon. How dare them!!! Way to lose a LONG time client with some significant monies in the bank.
Staff that assisted me were kind and friendly.
Small bank poor customer service and availability with big bank fees and charges. Banked with these guys 5 years their pretty bad NGL.
