I’ve been to Wings etc 2 times before, but this last time has made me never want to go again. Our poor waiter, who was probably a new hire. was forced to run around the entire store BY HIMSELF. while his coworkers, and who i’m assuming was the manager sat around and watched. I want to make this clear, my review in no way is complaining about our server. This is a full complaint about the rest of your store. The floor was very sticky. No bleu cheese. No sweet tea. The wings, although good sized and tasty, were only half tossed with sauce. Waitress never checked with us to see how everything was until we were finished.
The service was horrible. Only had three servers and two of them was serving a party. One of those servers was also our server...
horrible, horrible service. one person working the whole place. we were there for almost 3 hours and just ended up taking our food home. never got refills and only our appetizer came out. trivia tuesdays are the only reason this place is still standing, almost $20 per person is horrible for this place. i would only come back if i were to pay maybe $5-10 per person.
