Ordered online and picked up drove back home they forgot half of the food. Called them and they said I can drive back and get the stuff they forgot. Drove 25 minutes and when I got there they had such an attitude and didn’t want to give me then stuff they forgot. Very disappointing
Paid $15 for a wrap and curly fries... came to pick up meal and stood there waited over 10 minutes for them to get off the phone and my food was sitting there getting cold. Portions are not generous at all. I ate each half of the wrap in 3 bites. Barely any chicken in it. Got ripped off on the fries too. There was maybe a handful. Went in on a Friday night with about forty mins left before close. I tried to wave at a server at the end of bar. Actually three servers were chatting at the end of bar. First employee that approached us was a bus staff and told us we had five to ten mins left to order food. He went to get one of the three employees at the other end of the bar. I was really disappointed here. I ordered the fish and chips dinner and the fries were WAY OVER COOKED!!! They were so hard I couldn't even eat them. I told the waitress and all she said was that she liked her fries crispy. She wasn't the one eating them. Very disappointed in her response.
