We have been loyal customers for 3 years, but after our experience on Thursday, July 2, 2026, around midnight, we are left with an unsatisfactory experience.Our tab was incorrect, and when we politely asked to fix it, an unknown waitress who has never even served us stepped in and verbally attacked us. She loudly called us "trouble," insultingly asked why we order food if we "can't afford it," and fabricated lies about our children. Called to file complaint about their Union, KY location and they apparently don't care because they don't answer phones or return phone calls.
Terrible place wings are not good I had a issue last December called cooperate 6 times left 3 messages the other 3 times I called the voice mailbox was full but the cooperate office would not call me back it's a terrible run business why wouldn't cooperate call me back. It's pretty sorry when they wouldn't pick up the phone or call people back they must have a lot of problems.
