I used to frequent this place but now avoid it unless a particular Erica is not present. She is incredibly rude and unfriendly.I was actually yelled at, in front of customers, because she occupied the seat I normally sit. I am confused how a working employee serving customers has her own booth. She used foul language with high volume. She claimed to have reserved that seat for a meeting that she never had.
