If you choose to be waited on this ISN'T the place to go!!! This business is new to the area and my wife and I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, service was horrible. The only service we got was directed to our table and we sat for 20 mins waiting for someone to take our drink order. After no avail, we saw the manager and expressed the poor service that we had experienced and no customer service skills whatsoever was displayed. Perfect way to lose customers for life! Thanks for nothing. BW3's always delivers!
Horrible night. I get one date night a month, and it was ruined by their horrible service. We were ignored and overlooked, my water glass (the only thing we received) had been empty for 20 minutes. Out "server" had stopped by only twice in over an hour. Once to finally take our order, and the once 45 minutes later to tell us she would check on our order.
