The bingo was great! Everything else sucked. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Our waitress, Rebecca, disappeared for over 30 minutes without taking any drink or food orders and completely ignored us. We finally ordered drinks and food, but it took over an hour for everything to arrive. Our food was delivered by a different waitress and it was all cold. Friendly place, good food. I liked the option to get grilled chicken instead of fried. The buffalo sauce was served on the side so I could control the amount and it was a good flavor. A good option for a quick no stress meal.
Terrible. Customer service. Person taking order not correct order. Manager came out and said she didn’t know. Then picked up and wrong order. Manager Carrie is terrible customer service. Gave kid nuggets instead of Boneless. Called said you have to pay and we stick to original Order. Clearly not since burger was wrong. Always issue and customer is never right
