I was gifted an incredible Wings Air helicopter ride over NYC & above the beautiful Hudson River Valley. It was more than a memorable experience, it was an unforgettable life event! I immediately booked a tour for my parents & they had the same experience with Wings Air. Professional, personable, reliable, & an obvious safety first culture. Definitely recommend them 100%!
Apparently they take your money and do not bother to give you a refund even after failure on their behalf to give you a flight experience as per the contract. Cancelled flights, passengers having to experience puking co-passengers but they don't care. They harassed / threatened certain passengers that they will call the cops on them even though there was a lapse in service on their part. Pathetic !
