My citroen ds3 dsport plus was recalled in June because of unsafe air bags. I managed to make an appointment for 24th Septembe Silverlink Wallsend. 2 days before my appointment they emailed me to cancel it I couldn't believe considering I couldn't drive in all that time it was a joke. Anyway I emailed them and asked why and when am I going to get another appointment. Went to look at a car they quoted us £50 for a 2014 plate corsa with 68000 miles. Drove it around the car lot couple of times explaining the suspension was damaged put the car down very uncomfortable situation.
Telephone call had conversation with Andy moran the gentleman was so helpful . Andy has arranged future appointments. Thank you so much you were brilliant.
