I absolutely love Dr Steph [Muller] at this clinic. so many reasons (in no particular order): • She is super organised: if it's a follow up or she knows ahead of time there is paperwork already printed when i arrive. Despite having been a patient previously, won't see old patients without making a double appointment, which isn't available for weeks, because I haven't needed one in years
So glad I found Wingrove. Dr Sara Nairn is amazing, she listens, checks we got through everything we wanted to cover in the appointment, I always feel heard & like there is a plan in place. She is very thorough and super friendly. I’ve also seen other doctors at the clinic for last minute appointments and they’ve all been great too. Over the years, I have seen various doctors at Wingrove and found them to be efficient, compassionate and thorough. Recently I had the misfortune of meeting Dr Steph Muller and was deeply disappointed. After having heard good things about her, I was shocked and saddened to find that she did not listen. She made assumptions and voiced them in a patronising manner. She asked unecessary/intrusive questions and gave unsolicited advice, again in a condescending manner. I have been coming here for about 10 years and I have to say they are extremely patient and kind. I hear horror stories about GPs all the time but Dr Emily and Dr Casey in particular genuinely care and take you seriously. I'm very glad that I've found a clinic of genuine people
