Over the years, I have seen various doctors at Wingrove and found them to be efficient, compassionate and thorough. Recently I had the misfortune of meeting Dr Steph Muller and was deeply disappointed. After having heard good things about her, I was shocked and saddened to find that she did not listen. I have been coming here for about 10 years and I have to say they are extremely patient and kind. I hear horror stories about GPs all the time but Dr Emily and Dr Casey in particular genuinely care and take you seriously. I'm very glad that I've found a clinic of genuine people
First experience was positive, but then it went worse and worse. Ended up adding lines in the bill for services that were not provided and were not asked for. Do NOT recommend dealing with the clinic - they do want and collect your money, but value of their service decrease with every next visit.
I’ve been going to this clinic for almost 10 years, and I have received such excellent GP services. The doctors are knowledgeable and thorough, and effective communicators. The reception staff are helpful and efficient. I appreciate the ability to book appointments online, as well as the SMS reminders about tests and follow up appointment.
