Used to be a great wash and cleaning for a fair price with lovely staff. Not sure what happened but now $40 for a basic wash and wipe down and the staff clearly want to be doing anything else. Went here for years but now looking forward to another business going into this location.
The young man short hair and woman working the bay should be fired. Their service was honestly despicable. I first entered the bay just to watch the young kid with AirPods ignorantly start scratching the paint on a very nice Lincoln by putting a dry brush to the hatch with no water AT ALL. I was so worried that he’d do the same to mine to I had to stop him and say please don’t do that. Called to have my truck detailed. I told them I live 20 miles from their facility and could I come now. They said no problem….come on. I immediately made the drive and when I got there they said they couldn’t detail my truck today. I’m not sure why that happened! Won’t waste my time with them again.
JR provided exemplary service. I have used the carwash since inception and appreciate the improvements. Thanks Wingman!
