I just had a very disappointing experience trying to schedule a physical therapy appointment. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about the cancellation policy, she told me she would not schedule me for Friday “in the off chance” that my meeting might run over and I couldn’t make it. Cindy and Dan are exceptional Physical Therapists! They give you wonderful one on one attention with an impressive depth of experience and knowledge to address many different issues!
I've been through a lot of physical therapy in my time and this place is hands down the absolute best I've ever experienced. The level of personalized care I've received has been phenomenal. Both physical therapists listen well to all your concerns and questions and focus 100% on your individual care during your time with them. For the first time ever, I actually enjoy PT. It's not painless - it's physical therapy after all - but these guys go above and beyond to make it the best PT experience I've ever had.
If you want your therapist's undivided attention for one hour (you read this correctly), this is the place for you! Cindy and Dan are knowledgable and not afraid to touch the patient. A thorough assessment is done before initiating treatment. They view the patient as an individual, not a routine case. After going to a different therapy place 2 days earlier, my husband was very discouraged.
