Staff are friendly and professional across the board and are always kind, respectful and easy to deal with.
Good practice. AI is difficult at first but easy when used to it. Human voice is better though.

We are new to the area and my 85 year old father was looking for a doctor. When he went into this centre he was told that the centre does not bulk bill and he would need to pay $120 to see a doctor, of which he would only get $40 back. It is an absolute disgrace that this clinic would not bulk bill old age pensioners.
