Ok, so I bought a new Kenworth truck. It had a serious bounce. Mark and his staff went above and beyond to solve the issue with the tires. Of the 10 tires 4 wrer replaced under warranty. The rest were rotated in the rim to solve out of balance issues. I can't thank them enough for the help. Goodyear endurance drives and steer tires. Thanks to Mark and all the guys.
Well I can't speak on the sales or mechanic department but receiving is horrible I arrived 20 minutes early and he wouldn't let me back into a empty dock until exactly 10 then once I was it took over 2 hrs for 22 pallets
I've been here many times over the years! Decent people with decent tires!
