Our experience with the veterinary care itself was positive, but unfortunately our interaction with the front office was not. A receptionist significantly misrepresented the content of a phone conversation I had when relaying information to the veterinarian. As a result, the veterinarian was given an inaccurate account of what was said, which was both frustrating and disappointing. Very thankful to Andy and the whole team at Wingfield vet. Our dog had an issue with his foot so we decided to bring him here. That was the best decision we could have made for him. Everyone there was very caring of our dog and made sure to do a thorough analysis of him. They ended up doing x-rays and finding out a lot more about what was wrong then just doing a simple check up. The whole team takes very good care of your animals and Andy will for sure do the best that you can to fix your pet! We love Wingfield vet.
I brought my dog to Wingfield Springs Vet for a second opinion for my dog medical conditions a few months ago. When I just called to schedule an appointment for a check up and for them to become my primary vet, the receptionist rudely told me that they refuse to see her or take her on as a patient because we didn't follow up with them when they saw her for the second opinion. What kind of practice does this and speaks this way to customers. Very poor business.
The best way I can describe this practice is that it’s exemplary. My introduction to Dr. Musick came when he correctly diagnosed my cat with an illness four other vets had missed. Instead of paying for ineffective solutions and prolonging my pet’s suffering, I was given the right information to make the best decision. He communicates directly and with genuine compassion.
