Absolutely disgusted with this pharmacy. After 2 weeks of waiting, I still have not recieved an important medication. I called during open hours to check the status and was put on hold for over 10 minutes, then was told by a Neimans employee no one was there and to call back in an hour. Waited, and waited, received no call back after leaving my name and number. I finally called my clinic to have my medication moved to another pharmacy, a DEPENDABLE pharmacy. Dont waste your time with this place, its a joke.
Not the friendliest people.. but they got the job done.
Not great they don't take medicaid anymore. Not great customer service. Everyone seems depressed.
I thought this was going to be a good switch and it was for about a month then everything went downhill. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy. They don’t care about the patient or call you back when they tell you that they will. Very disappointed
Poor very poor scripts are never ready days later
