Bit late putting this up, but had the best experience with the team. Aaron, Chris, and John were all friendly, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. They really looked after me. Highly recommend them as a trusted dealership.
I bought a lemon from winger aka Jeep Cherokee 2020 model. I have had nothing but major problems. And when it comes to repairs for this car… it takes months! I didn’t have my car for over 8months last year. And now it needs a new part for the seat belt… and guess what…. I can’t get the part in nz or overseas. We purchased a Ram 1500 Limited from Winger Hamilton less than a year ago, after multiple warranty repair attempts at an Auckland Ram dealership, it went back to the selling dealer Winger Hamilton, they tried to fix the suspension twice. Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Ateco, the Ram distributor, refuses to take responsibility, and the lack of training and after-sales support from the brand is very evident, this vehicles air suspension is full of problems. Hamilton Winger is the worst place to service your car. Engine oil and a filter cost no more than $80–$120 on the market, and even prestigious service centres charge a maximum of around $300. They charged me $575 for a basic service, and $370 of that was for just two hours of labour. An oil and filter change takes a maximum of 15 minutes — even if their business is struggling, they could reasonably charge for one hour, not two.
