I went in to the Winger Hamilton dealership yesterday, seeking advice on upgrading my 2006 Swift. I walked in, just looking around, Billy introduced himself and asked if I needed any help. Great place to buy cars
I would strongly recommend avoiding Wingers Hamilton. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can go. Despite having previous major issues with this place, I decided to give them another chance because I had a free WOF voucher and the car needed a service and its first WOF. Unfortunately, the experience confirmed my concerns. Their servicing department is subpar and extremely overpriced, and they do not stick to their estimates. I would not recommend getting a WOF check here especially if you’re a woman. They find minor things wrong and tell you your car is unsafe although it meets NZTA standard. The service I received was also unhelpful when it came to the quote for repair due to poor knowledge of the staff, nothing I asked for was passed on from reception to the service team.
Thoroughly professional service. Chris was great with booking and follow up information. Excellent outcome with vehicle computer problem.
