Just wanted to say thank you for a great service and wheel alignment on our Suzuki Ignis. This car has never felt so good and all done in under 2hrs while we enjoyed the coffee in your waiting area. Pleased customers.
There is only one word to describe the Service Team. Incompetent. I booked my service about 7 weeks ago and when I arrived at 8:30am I was informed the car would only be ready at 4:30pm for less than 1.5 hours of work. I was never informed on how long the work would take at time of booking. I also do not buy the Short Staff story. At one point I was told car would be ready in 10 minutes I still had to wait 45 minutes. Not Happy.
Absolute RIP OFF! Suspected there was an issue with my fuel tank as the fuel level reader suddenly kept dropping and rising rapidly, thought there was a leak somewhere. Took my Jeep here in 2023 for inspection to get answers. All that was done was a smoke test (which found no issue), and spark plug replacements which they recommended to do. At the end of the day, they did not locate the root cause of the problem and to this day it has not be found.
