After calling 3 weeks ago for a basic service visit...still waiting for a call
Do not use this company.
I have been promised installation dates and pushed back both times. There have been several excuses for not showing up when promised. I have the emails and text messages as documentation.
Had someone come out for a quote for a generator. Their quote was $2K higher than a different company. We asked about financing options as at the time, they only had one company to go through. We were told we would be contacted back with updated options on financing. They were “training” people on how to use the new system. Fast forward to several months later….no phone calls and no texts back at all from Wingate. They lost my business!
