TRASH, TRASH, TRASH!!! This hotel is DIRTY, and Lindsey was so nasty. She has no customer service skills. This hotel needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!!
Great service. Lindsey also gave me 8 quarters for the washing machine. Great experience
I am handi capped. Lindsey at the front desk was so wonderful to me. She made sure all my needs were met. She was polite and pleasant . They were slammed with people and she handled every person with a smile
Room was dirty. Can we move a bed and get the crap out? I dropped something and located grossness. Bathroom vent gross. They make swiffers that reach high for dust. House keeping. Never came in. Staff try to bust in on elevator when you are trying to get out. No manners. Oh elevator is broken and buzzes once a minute every minute. The guests are just as bad. Yelling down the hall late at night banging on doors. Not worth the money they are charging a night. If I could give a zero I would.
The only suite that they had available had a conference table in it. It would have been great for a board meeting. Not a get away with the husbae!!! Made use of the 2 rolling chairs in lew of a coach!
