You have to pay extra for internet. Also, they tore up the carpets in the rooms and left hard floors so the room looks and feels like a dorm room. Plus the funny smell.

The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk staff went out of their way to make sure we had an extra blanket and pillow upon request.

I wanna start by saying they do not refund third party bookings. I had to pay double on this hotel. Which somehow was $120 a night when I received "max discounts" for the inconvenience. My room was a disaster. And I mean not up to human standard filthy. I noticed my bed had a horrid smell to it. I stripped the sheets and there was urine all over this poor excuse of a mattress topper. They proceeded to give me new sheets which I had to change myself. URINE SHEETS I HAD TO CHANGE MYSELF. I will start with check in and the best customer service I have EVER received her name was Elizabeth she is amazing! The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and it was so quiet. Would stay a million times over!
