DO NOT move to Wingate Apartments. This place has serious health and safety issues that management refuses to fix. There was mold in the bathroom that was never properly addressed, and it made people in my household sick. There was also a large hole above the shower with visible mold, and water would leak through it while showering. The pest problem is extreme. There are roaches everywhere no matter how much you clean — even inside the refrigerator. There are also rats, and I found rat droppings inside the apartment. The app... read more
I love the apartments it's big and spacious.its great for a family and store are near for anything you need.
I lived in these apartments in 2021 moved out in 2021 and they still charging rent while I’m not there it on my credit tht I owe 14000
I really love the new management they came in and spruced the apartments up. They are really great!!!
