Used to love this place and would order pick up frequently. They now consistently mess up orders and food is of poor quality, the restaurant is not kept clean, and employees give you attitude over extremely simple requests. Will not be eating here again.

This place has gone way downhill since I’ve been here last. The place is absolutely disgusting your shoes will almost come off with how sticky the floor is. It is very dingy they got my order wrong ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla and they got it wrong and it had onions lettuce and tomatoes on it I’ve never had it served to me like this and there was no buffalo on it lol. Something has changed because it was not like this about a year ago. Please do not eat here and go elsewhere

I've been ordering from this location for close to 10 years now, and the new owner that took over recently doesn't seem to want to uphold the same quality that this location used to be known for. 4 times now, I have not received my drink, and burgers have not come with their veggies. The boneless chicken chunks have gotten very small and the portions are no where near what they used to be. Until this new owner/location decides it wants to shape up, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered food on a Friday. 2 hours and a couple of phone calls later and still no food. The order was supposed to be voided. They even texted me a receipt of the void. However, it wasn't my order that was voided. The amount and time of the order don't match. Several more phone calls and no one can seem to get it right. One person tells me it was voided and is correct. And just to wait. But a voided transaction doesn't go through on the credit card. This one did. Next person tells me that they don't do refunds.
