My interactions with Wing Three were outstanding. Dave was highly knowledgeable, thorough, and detailed. We ended up not needing his services. But he still took the time to go above and beyond to answer all my questions and educate me. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, thorough company to help out.
Spoke with Veronica over the phone to get a quote for mold on a new home we bought. She was extremely nice and professional. Chris was the person who went to go inspect the house and he went over everything he found and was honest about everything. I didn't meet with the people who did the actual mold removal but they did a great job. Honest people, reasonable pricing and excellent service! Definitely will recommend this company!
Dave was the specialist that came to inspect my mold issue. He was on time and very thorough. I showed him the areas in question and after inspection he said it was due to moisture not from a roof leak. Before he left he checked my house humidifiers to make sure they were free of mold, showed me the correct settings and advised when the filters would need to be changed. I would definitely recommend this company.
They arrived timely and explained the process thoroughly. They were polite, courteous, and listened to our questions and concerns. Shay and Hershey were both very good and polite. They cleaned up very well before they left and finished the job in a timely manner. I feel comfortable in recommending this company to anyone who needs mold removal.
