All it took was one rowdy bunch of kids in there for one reason or another, and I was left standing at the 'please wait to be seated' sign for over 30min, I wound up giving up and leaving, as people placing to-go orders were being informed of a 45min wait as well. Absolutely no capacity to adapt, or handle a group less than a quarter of the places size.
