Flynn at Pizza Hut on Parkway in Cummings, Ga has terrible customer service, she practically ignore me requesting service,,and continued to make at least three pizzas! I normally order from this Pizza Hut a few times a week! She does not meet the other employees standards at this store!
Ordered online, 2 lrg pizzas, chs stix, bnls wings with Xtra ranch sauce, Came in and they handed me 1 lrg pizza and 8 wings, after I told them my order they looked at the receipt (which was in their hand the whole entire time) they went back and came back with a med pizza which I did not order one, finally the manager came up, "I think it's the manager" looked at the order told me give him 10 mins. Awful customer service, waited in the lobby 15 mins no help. Called the store multiple times and no answer. Ridiculous, use to run a pizza store and you shouldn’t have everyone in the back and not have someone up front to greet customers.
