Server never check on us. I had to get our own drinks.
I Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. For over two hours, so I Went to the store. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the drive through.
Ordered over 70 bucks worth of food for myself and staff where we work, went to pick up and pay, nobody at the window, staff outside smoking , overheard to have said to the other when they looked at the line of cars, “I don’t care” then after sitting another 10 minutes I decided I wasn’t paying 70 bucks for cold pizza and left. I will not be spending money at Pizza Hut again, the prices are already over priced and the food isn’t anything special so this just solidifies my choice to step away from this sinking food chain.
