I am a regular here and the experience is great every time. All the massage therapist are very well trained and know how to work on any specific pain area. They will adjust as per your body requirements. Front desk customer service team is also very good, attentive and prompt.
I don't recommend this place for massage, I have knots in my traps and all she did was rub oil on my back , I expected more from an RMT. I then cut the 1 hr massage short , since this is a waste of money, & she had the audacity to ask me for a tip, I don't understand how you think you are entitled to it, I'm paying for the service, if I liked it, then you'll be given a tip as a thank you, but to argue with a paying client about not tipping is very rude and unprofessional.
The spa is clean and always smelling good, great massage from Susan and I love that i get to use my Insurance!
Absolutely love Susan's facials and Lucy's massages. These girls are so hospitable and know exactly what they are doing 👌love them 💕 Im a returning customer but recently brought my mum and sis here for a girl's day. Mom received so many compliments after her facial treatment. See you in a couple of weeks, cant wait to come back!!
