The location is really convenient for those who live in Markham, I actually didn't even know they had their own parking. The actual spa/clinic is located in the basement, the only unfortunate part is that the place gets pretty cold in winter times. Having said that, your bed can be heated and the room's temperature can be adjusted. My RMT was informative and explained which of muscles were too tight and etc.
This has great services, Tina is exceptional knows all your pain points! Highly recommend.
I needed an Asian style massage , but I also needed an rmt that knew how to target pressures where it is needed. It was the best combination. It was so relaxing I fell asleep, and when I woke up the pain I was feeling was gone.
