We have come here for weeks now, but without fail every time we have came here they are messing up our orders other people‘s orders taking triple the time they’re telling people we went in tonight to order a party pack and they didn’t include the fries that we paid for then they missed the seasoning then they took an hour and a half to get us through the entire process and during that time we watched multiple people more than eight families come back with different orders that were all screwed up. Stopped in at WingShack today and was greeted with excellent customer service. Micah was very attentive, courteous, and professional. The wings were crispy. I am very satisfied.
I LOVE Wing Shack! I've ordered multiple different selections on the menu and not one item has disappointed me... especially the teriyaki grilled chicken salad! Jeff provided excellent customer service! Great job Wing Shack!!!
