I have lived here for 2 years and recently just moved. I was hoping to give this place a 4.5 star review. I don't believe it meets the 5 star, but its definitely better than 4 stars. I have been to multiple complexes in the area and in different states and I would say it6s better than average. Keeping in mind that Elgin is a workers district, so there's not the greatest people, its definitely a safe place to live. Everyone keeps to themselves and is quiet. I’m a tenant here they towed my car over a expired parking sticker I work hard to earn a living they can put a reminder on our door or car before they tow it sad I just paid my rent now this it just not worth continuing to live here the rent high and now if you don’t remember to check your parking sticker you wake up from working a late night and your car is towed
•Don't live here unless you want your car towed, even though it has a VALID parking sticker. •Management takes too long with getting back to the tenants with documents, unless you call and ask for them. •Rent keeps going up for these crummy apartments and their so called “up to date maintenance “
I highly recommend these apartments, staff here care for their tenants and are quick to respond to any emergency or concern of the buildings. Amy Kennedy has been an amazing person guiding us through the whole process of renting out.
I can’t thank the office staff enough , especially Amy Kennedy for the opportunity to allow us to live here for 2+ years ,it’s been a wonderful experience all the way from mgmt to cleaning personal and maintenance… the buildings here and landscape is very well taken care of if I could give this place 10 stars I would , plus you can’t go wrong with the pool at the office and wing park next door very good location overall. Thanks again!
