Overall, Wing was ok. They are nice people, friendly. But just fyi, as a business, they weren't great communicators. When a loved one dies, you want the best customer service, guidance, & professionalism during an extremely difficult time. They didn't really provide that. We always had to be the ones to call them...do you need clothes? When do you need an urn? Is he ready to come home? So I want to say everything went great, they were really nice to our family, on the other hand, they didn't tell us to contact the cemetary to have my parents niches opened, so we get to the cemetary and the mortuary guy didn't even say anything about them not being open, we had no clue, both my parents remains sat at the cemetary until a worker noticed them, so thankful for their honesty and taking them to berg mortuary, I thought they were there to walk us through the process, apparently not, signed not very happy, Deborah... read more
Phone was ringing to the mortuary the whole service. The lady was taking calls and speaking loudly during the prayer. Other than that things were beautiful but that was pretty bad. Someone should turn the phone off and tell the secretary not to answer calls during services.
Was very impressed with everything about Wing and the staff. They did a beautiful job on taking such good care of our family needs. Highly recommend them to everyone.
We had a great experience with Wing Mortuary. We buried our baby girl and they were amazing letting us know to call them with any questions at anytime. They also were great at letting us come and visit before our graveside when it wasn’t scheduled. Thank you for a great experience when it was something we did not plan or want to go through.
