After standing at the counter for 20 minutes and having the cashier take phone orders, tell everyone that it was going to be at least 30 minutes when they walked in, finally told someone that just walked in that they could use the kiosk. When we finally got to order, they didn't have what we wanted. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. Almost like they didn't want to work don't worry, we won't bother you again.
Customer Service was exceptional! Highly suggest you try the cookie and cream banana pudding, it was the perfect finish to the tasty wings!
if i could leave one star for the food i would . i dont know who the new cook is but this is the 3rd time i’ve been recently and the food is soggy and not cooked well done how you ask. the fries taste like they got dragged through the freezer ,dipped in oil and slapped into the container ….. and don’t get me started on the fish it looks older then my grandmother and taste like it sat for days …. i am highly disappointed because i’ve been coming for yearsss
Been meaning to come here for a long time and was in the area so I had to stop by for lunch. I got the Caribbean jerk wings and wow, the flavor was great. They were surprisingly spicy too. I am definitely going back to try some new flavors.
