I wanted to celebrate National Wing Day by supporting a local Black-owned business, and it turned into one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. I was told 30 minutes and waited over an hour. I came out to support this Black-owned business after seeing it on TikTok, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The food took about 20 minutes, and while I was waiting, I was told they were out of the Mumbo sauce I originally ordered, so I had to change my order. I am extremely disappointed with my first experience ordering from Wing Heaven through DoorDash. Before placing my order, I even called ahead to make sure I could get baked wings, and I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. Instead, I received fried wings. My order was supposed to be a 12-piece order, with half honey lemon pepper and half mambo wings, along with lemon pepper fries, collard greens, and potato salad. My issue is the pricing for 24 dollars there should have been more food on my plate I can go to sharks and get that same combo for 12 and more food . Wanted to try this place out because I seen a food reviews eat here his food looked way better . The food was not fresh my husband boneless chicken was burnt . We won’t be back I paid damn near 60 dollars for two platters and two drinks … I’m highly disappointed
