I visited for a normal eye exam September 28th 2019 on a Saturday. had a pleasant experience even liked the eye glass selection they have. BUT ANYTHING and EVERYTHING after that has been nothing but problems. The Xenia location has owed me a refund for almost 33 DAYS now!!! I ordered Oakley glasses and sunglasses after being told Oakley cant make my sunglasses in my prescription (i was told this 4 days after my eye exam) I was also told the company refund policy is a check in the mail that can take up to TWO WEEKS !!! UPDATE, the DM called me and she addressed my concerns and fixed the problems I have with the Xenia office. I really do appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you. Horrible!!!!!!! We will never ever go to a Wing Eyecare again. They are rude, unprofessional and waits until the end of exam to tell you all the hidden fees!!! Then when I call and talk to the lady there, she hangs up on me!!! Ridiculous!
A great experience, no problem getting an appointment,the Dr was great, and the receptionist/office assistant was over the top nice and pleasant!
