Employees are so nice
I placed a mobile order and didn’t realize until I got home that an appetizer was missing. I called the restaurant, and as soon as they answered, I was immediately put on hold. I stayed on hold for the entire drive back to the restaurant. When I arrived, I explained the situation, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
