Not the type to usually leave a bad review, but disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the work. Repair not up to standard
Been dealing with WFJ for over a decade for a reason. Highly recommend to everybody near and far.
Such a shame that prices here have become astronomical. I’ve only ever known this store for its fair pricing, based on recommendations from a multitude of my friends, but that’s a stark contrast to the situation now. I’ve seen a 43% increase in the price of an 18K gold chain in just five months. I understand that gold prices have risen, but this particular chain was already listed over a year ago, and a 43% increase is mind-boggling.
