Worst service EVER. Wink is very knowledgable about stones, but the service is HORRENDOUS. I bought an engagement ring from Winfields and it took over 3 weeks to get the stone set in the setting (I got the ring merely days before leaving for vacation, where I proposed). After getting back from vacation, we had to get the ring sized as it was a little too big. We dropped off the ring and got it back 4 days later, only to find GIANT gouges in the sides of the ring.
