Great if you’re trying to wait an hour and listen to the nurses laugh nonstop, total circus, ps y’all let my cat die cuz you don’t have overnight care, hope the worst for this awful excuse for pet health. Also kinda funny how you guys only seem to acknowledge positive feedback, just because you don’t like how the truth sounds doesn’t make it any less true
They don't communicate with u at all bout ur animals and now my puppies have been sick and I might lose 1
I'd give 6 stars if I could! My 2 shorthair pointers got bit by a venomous snake and while short staffed they were able to get them the care and treatment they needed with 15 minutes warning. Thank you all so much!
Have used them for more than 30 years and respect Kip immensely, but since the new owners have taken over it has become the most uncaring and poorly run clinic I've ever seen. To allow the extreme suffering of a pet because of scheduling is outrageous. Wouldn't even allow us to speak to someone about the pain our dog is experiencing. She is in her last moments and they told us to "find somewhere else". I'm done.
The doctors and staff are so kind and caring. Dr Carlee helped me so much taking care of Karma after her diabetes diagnosis and answering all my questions. She also helped me so much when I had to put down one of my dogs. I can't thank them enough for their support and care.
