Worst management ever !rumika! is so rude and unprofessional 2045 Latham st 😒 this place is Awful.if you are looking for a place to rent look elsewhere this place is so neglected that is better to be safe than sorry and is not cheap

Actually my review is about Winfield Apartments, 2045 Latham St., it’s almost the opposite building. It was cheaper than 2090. Lived here for 9 months and there’re my complete review. Pros: It’s inexpensive place to live; no bedbugs; a great and responsive manager Romika; good and fast fixing service (Sam); new appliances, everything works; it’s convenient to pay rent online. We went to look for the apartment. The lady (may be manager), was very rude. I scheduled an appointment to see an apartment. I arrived 10 min late. She first mentioned that I was late, and then see informed me that the apartment was rented 2 hours ago (as if she knew in advance we will gonna be late, so she first shut me up and inform me that).
