Wonderfully welcoming owners ... my first bottling experience was friendly, unhurried, and pleasant with one of the owners ... but ... unfortunately, on my third visit, the a woman working there was loud, brash, rude, and unhelpful. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and horrible experience and I won't be going back. The people seem to know very little about wine and the kits that are available have dwindled to mostly run-of-the-mill California stuff. Their equipment is pretty pedestrian and works intermittently. Wow! What a nice & thoughtful surprise to have been gifted a bottle of Pinot Grigio at an event I attended. Amazing taste ~ so wonderful for summer sipping. I live a bit of a distance from the store but will happily make the trip to discover other great wines & make a batch (or 3)

A unique and impressive idea for weddings, corporate gifts, fundraisers, and celebrations. Highly recommended!
