Terrible customer service, having to follow up my own bond refund for 8 weeks and with not renting thought them for 6 months and still getting emails and text messages about that property sent multiple emails asking for there records be updated with no outcome, make a call to have this done and told I will tell that person to update without asking my name and can not write it down as I don’t have a pen, and won’t offer another solution that doesn’t require myself to do action
