I took my glasses in for repair - hoping I wouldn’t have to leave them. Leslie(sp) had them for less than 30 min and brought them back out to me! “Thankful” is an understatement . Much appreciated, Leslie!!

I was given the extreme run around about when I would get the frames back from this clinic that I had paid for two weeks prior and treated very rudely by the office staff. I am still waiting to get my glasses and it is going to take three weeks. Very disappointed.

My daughter and I have been patients here for over 2 years now. This week I've called twice to try to set up our yearly eye exams. I was put on hold both times and waited over 10 minutes before I gave up. Apparently they have plenty of patients and won't miss us. We had good experiences at our previous appointments, so this is super frustrating.

I had a really great experience with all of the employees. Rhonna specifically convinced me to get glasses through the office. She helped me pick them out and walked me through the warranty process along with processing this through insurance. My glasses basically cost nothing. Definitely returning to this office next year.

As a former employee, I have to say this place has gone down the toilet. Since leaving employment (they pay employees poverty wages hence their high turnover) I stayed a patient, but anytime I would call, no answer. Leave a message, no return. Request an appointment, crickets. The lack of professionalism is astounding.
