It was no longer open
We don't buy much wine, but these wonderful people give the beautiful wooden boxes their wines arrive in to the neighbors. Lovely for students crafters and small businesses.
Order and delivery OK but did not get cashback as credit card charge was broken down into several payments none of which was enough to trigger the cashback. It’s been now 28 days still no response from their customer service despite several reminders. Another example how poor customer service ruins a decent product.
I worked there in Dec 2022, business had dropped by more 50%, from Dec 2021, even with pandemic. Worked thru job app there, we’d book for 8-4:30, n most days didn’t make it to lunchtime, because there was no orders to fill. Too many managers workin, playin Minecraft n not payin attention. I ask for a shift to be cancel, they cancel all 8 i book, then they did n block me from workin there again. Same managers from 2021, they dont care anymore.
