Poor customer service! We send numerous emails to follow up and finally a call. We kindly tell our side to the receptionist and since she didn't know the situation, we ask for the owner. He sounded aggressive on the phone call. The situation was due to poor weather and that was why the head stone/monument request was delayed. Why not reply kindly on the emails when we follow up?
