Dr Van is very unprofessional. They sent my lab to out-of-network 2 times without consulting me. I am charged 201.70 dollar for my CBCS.They tried to deny that they messed up by saying"it's your obligation to tell us where to send your lab, we don't deal with your insurance company, it's your job to deal with it" I am a patient and I gave you my insurance card and you said your practice accept my insurance. Dr Perry is one of the best physicians i have ever dealt with. Absolutely love seeing her. She is a good staff away from having a top notch clinic. If you do not have a personality for helping people or dealing with the public do NOT get a job answering the telephone. Very rude and this is not the first time. i have tolerated it until now because of Dr Perry, but i am officially looking for a new GP clinic. Any suggestions in the Concord area?
I like the doctor, the new nurse is not friendly at all, they canceled my appointment and would not see me on same day and I needed my physical done before today. Not friendly at all this time, but I do love my doctor he is awesome.
