We just bought a wine storage with a tasting counter & an arch. The experience was poor: 1. The two sides of Arch were drilled incorrect holes to be attached. We switched the sides and they were still not right. We talked to the support and were told to nail them anyways. The result was the top panel could not be attached because the incorrect positions of the nails that caused the gap in between; 2. Poor Customer Support: we called because we had questions. Business response:
Difficult, demanding customer who wouldn't follow multiple attempts at providing a solution, then blamed the product and our staff for her misassembled item. Started the conversation by demanding a discount for her 'faulty' product and threatening to slander us on on YouTube and social media (which she's now done) unless we complied and fixed her item for her. Unpleasant. A pleasure to recommend this one-star customer to our competition.
Sorry - no option to leave "zero" stars to truly warn potential customers. The saga started in September when we ordered $4,000 + in wine racking. Despite stated order times, their was an ongoing saga about delayed materials, etc. We tried to be understanding, even when the order showed up three months later. Round 2 - we were ready to order a wine cooling and humidifier system and opted to give them another try. We selected a Wine Guardian cooling system and humidifier.
