I would never order anything from these guys… the product was promised in December but didn’t arrive until early February. Multiple pieces arrived damaged and nothing was properly packaged. No bubble wrap or anything. The same middle section piece had to be reordered three times until they finally got it right. The icing on the cake was the moldings that were originally shipped were cut to the wrong length. EDIT: the company offered me a bit over 20% refund to help offset costs of having to find my own handyman to assemble the wine racks. Thank you for your attention to customer service! The first rack I ordered was perfect. It came assembled, and i have loved it for several years. I ordered 2 more to supplement it, and they just arrived, in pieces, with no parts and no instructions. After spending almost $1000 I have no way to assemble and they will not accept returns.

Just letting y’all know that my experience with purchasing a wine room cooling unit was a good one. Luis Rodriguez definitely went above and beyond as he answer my phone calls after hours and gave me all the explanations on everything I needed. If you’re looking for a cooling unit for your wine room, I would definitely give him a call. The guy knows his stuff.
